Annual Quality Management System Audit
Annual Quality Management System audit of CNGS Engineering was conducted by Germanischer Lloyd Certification on 22 to 23 June 2009.
No non-conformities have been revealed in course of the audit.
The audit resulted in confirmation of CNGS Engineering Quality Management System compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000

Loadout and transportation of LAM B WHP modules
The company's specialized subdivisions have completed the loadout of LAM B WHP onto cargo barges.
The barges are ready for departure to the final Platform installation location.

Full scope of LAM B WHP structures has been fabricated and prepared for transportation
A ceremony of LAM B WHP structures fabrication took place on 9th June in Astrakhan.
The ceremony has been attended by A. Zhylkin, the Governor of Astrakhan Region, by Khalnazar Agakhanov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Russian Federation, A. Ilychev, Director General of Krasniye Barrikady Shipyard and other officials.

EPIC of LAM-A Extension Project
CIS and WHCP have been assembled and installed into design position. Process piping, supports, holders are undergoing anti-corrosion protection.
Materials and equipment for fabrication and installation of topsides process facilities are under transportation.

LAM B Platform structures are undergoing anticorrosion protection at the Contractor`s construction sites.
Process equipment and piping are being installed and LAM B modules prepared for loadout onto transportation barges.

LAM-Â Platform Project Realization
Works on the EPIC Project for the LAM-B Platform in the Djeytun field in the Caspian Sea are in progress
The M5, M6, M7, M8 Modules have been fabricated and welded in 3D.
The B1 and B2 support jackets assembly and welding has been completed.
Currently the corrosion protection activities on the support jackets and topside modules as well as the works on installation and process equipment piping are being conducted.
The Germanischer Lloyd Certificate for the Basic Design has been received by the company.

The Project of EPIC Construction of 3 Nos. New Subsea Pipelines has been completed at LAM and Zhdanov Fields in the Caspian Sea, offshore Turkmenistan
Client: Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd.
Engineering Design Commencement: April, 2007
Construction Completion: October, 2008
The pipeline diameter is 8in. , respective length is 1,131m, 2,347 m and 452 m.
The Project has been completed in accordance with the Project Schedule.
The Project has been certified by Germanischer Lloyd following with issue of relevant certificates.
The completed Scope of Works includes the following:
Project Management;
Survey of the subsea pipelines and risers transportation and laying routes;
Material and equipment procurement;
Technical diving activities;
Assembly of pipeline and risers strings onshore, rigging the same with floaters;
Pipelines tow and laying using free submergence method;
Postlay hydrotesting;
Germanischer Lloyd certification;
Precommissioning activities.

Completion of Pipe-laying Stage

By the end if June on the LAM and Zhdanov Fields in the Caspian Sea (Turkmenistan) the works on fabrication and laying of 3 sub-sea pipelines have been successfully completed.

A Certificate of Conformance for V-20 000 m3 Storage Tank No.9 in Avgustovka Pump Station has been received.
The year of 2008 has commenced for the CNGS Engineering QC Department with receipt of the Certificate of Conformance for V-20 000 m3 Storage Tank No.9 in Avgustovka Pump Station
The Certificate has been issued by the Centre for Certification and QC of Construction in Oil and Gas Industry on 14 January 2008.

The V-20 000 m3 Storage Tank No.9 in Avgustovka Pump Station has been accepted for operation by Working Committee
"Act of Working Committee on Acceptance for Operation of Completed Construction of Buildings, Structures and Premises" certifying successful completion of a major repair of the V-20000m3 Storage Tank No.9 in Avgustovka Pump Station, Odessa Region, was signed.
On 21-26 December the Working Committee meeting on acceptance into operation of the V-20000m3 Storage Tank No.9 in Avgustovka Pump Station took place.
